Media aspect
For the first time in the Human history both basketball and football teams of Balkan were
broadcasted live on national televisions. That's a huge success for Botevgrad as a sports town
and of course both teams got their luck on that day.

Surprise, surprise
Today Balkan won against Chernomorec in the quarter-final stage of the Cup of Bulgaria. The final
score was 88:78. The greens deserved the win as they were the better team even without Yordan
Bozov.

The local derby
The last game of the season was at Etropole against our local rivals Chavdar. We were amazed
to see the awful stadium as far as the guests are concerned. There are no seats, there even
aren't any concrete spots.

Almost amazing
Balkan almost got three points at the hardest destination - Bansko. The division leader failed to
score in the first half and the visitors waved their wings, especially after the sending off of
Bansko player in the very beginning of the second half.
